The Building, being Government
property,

I conceive that I
performed my duty by calling
the attention
of the proper officer to the defects, as they
presented themselves from time to time,
I respectfully submit that the
case
cannot
be denominated
an
ordinary
one
between
landlord and tenant, and
on those grounds, according to my judgement,
and in
all humility,
I can most conscientiously entreat appeal to His Excellency
for remuneration for the loss
sustained
on
the occasion in
question.
